Tom Blackmon is just an old country boy who has always loved music. He grew up listening to his brother's 45 vinyl records in the fifties. Before Perkins, Presley, and the Beatles and Stones he found himself singing along with those old black groups--remember this were the days before Motown.

Tom's musical journey continued through the sixties with all groups of every genre. In the early seventies Tom met the Creator of notes, chords, and music and began writing music himself. He has devised his own method of playing and tuning his guitars and has added keyboards to his arsenal.

Tom has much respect and feels a strong connection with artists of all walks of life.
