Details:
Andru was a gifted teenager in the UK in
the late
70s. He was a member of the rock groups, "Life" and "Tin Biscuit", both
of
whom had Top 40 singles and albums in Europe. Andru went on to tour
and
performed on albums for top Rock acts including The Kinks, Peter
Frampton and
Uriah Heep. Andru then moved to NYC, where he played Jazz and obtained
a
Masters Degree in Musical Composition. He has composed 3 string
quartets and a
symphony, all of which have been performed. His latest offering is the
musical
play "Albert and Alice", which is based upon Andru's early experiences
(real
or imagined) living on Manhattan's Lower East Side. During this time
Andru
underwent a mystical awakening that included his becoming aware of
telepathic
powers, automatic writing, speaking in different tongues, and
befriending his
own archangel. Currently, he is a Musical Director and Co-Composer,
with Sony
Music recording artist Shalaine Adams. Andru is also producing and
composing
a dance CD with Saturday Night Fever star Karen Lynn Gorney
