these twenty one tunes are booby trapped with trigger phrases that every day people can use comparatively in their own lives,maybe its because the author was brought up in a family structure centered around the virtues of manual labor,or the fact that he quit school in 7th grade because he didn't want to forget song's when they randomly channeled through his soul in the middle of history class.
between the glorious 70's and now Dave Osti has covered alot of ground in a musical sense, he wanted to be a drummer, then one day picked up the guitar, one year later he was playing crummy bars at the age of thirteen and hiding a beer behind his left leg in case the cops showed up,if you see him today his bodily posture tells the whole story, 30 years of shoveling dirt, the beer behind the leg, and the battle between the soul and the hand in real time.
