Details:
ONYXRED is Baltimore's Aaron Chase - Lead Vocals/Drums, Dirk Torrijos - Guitars/Screams, Philip Bramucci - Guitars/Lead Vocals, and Tony Fortman - Bass. The band was formed in the Spring of 2006 and put out their debut album entitled "The Calling" under AmberLayne Records. Their music is a magnetic blend of powerful drumming played with finesse, crunching melodic guitar riffs, and driving rhythmic bass lines, made complete with lyrics and vocal melodies from the soul. ONYXRED brings forth a new era in music that has yet to be classified, but has been described as "Chevelle meets Sevendust meets Breaking Benjamin" A sound that is fresh, bold, and powerful! Stay tuned as they are currently writing new material for their upcoming album!

What people are saying...

"A driving rhythm section with heavy and polished guitar work, added to a melodic and powerful vocal presence is what makes OnyxRed a real force in the Baltimore community. Not content with being dropped in one category, ONYXRED is confident enough in their abilities to lighten it up a bit without sacrificing their integrity or passion for what they are playing."---Static Chain Review
