Just like haiku poems, my music is inspired by nature, and I have tried to capture the drama of landscapes, changing skies and various lights in several tracks on this ambient album.

HAIKU is a poetic, ambient album also inspired by art, literature, movies and stories. The music expresses various feelings but results in an all together optimistic album, that I trust will work well as a soundtrack for pictures, documentaries, photographic projects, theatre or you can enjoy it for just listening.

I began my musical career in the eighties when playing in different rock bands in Denmark.
I am educated from D.A.R.K. the alternative rhythmic conservatory in Copenhagen.

On the album I am among good friends, such as the wonderful guitar player Olav Madsen, the two fantastic singers Helle Thun and Peter Lund, and Claus Suhr on fine percussion.
I am lucky working together with Freddy Albrektsen, the producer. Without him I would never have been able to make the CD.

Right now I am working on material for the next album set to be released in spring 2008. It will be less ambient with vocals on each song. I will be working with the same producer and the same musicians again plus more...
