She is one of only six dancers to earn the award "Best Modern Egyptian Dancer" by the International Academy of Middle Eastern Dance. Jasmin is one of the first American oriental dancers to be invited to teach and perform at the international dance conference known as 'Ahlan We Sahlan' held annually in Cairo, Egypt. Jasmin Jahal promotes the art of Middle Eastern dance and music with quality, dignity and beauty.
