Allen Hester, also known for his stage name âTangoâ has for many years been destined to make a professional rap name that will standout in a âwhoâs who?â industry. Allen began his plight at the tender age of nine, when he began to write his own lyrics and creating his own masterful mixes of sounds he learned to play while reinventing himself on his keyboard. Throughout his teenage years he would battle rap on the corner with his fellow comrades, perfecting what is now his own unique blend of âfloweticâ story telling. Although, his mom thought this might be a phase, she never discouraged him from following his dream.

Today, Allen is proud to stand among some of the hottest underground artists yet to debut on Detroitâs blazing hip hop scene. After masterminding his own entertainment team âDog World Entertainmentâ, and releasing solo projects among friends and family, and local fans, Allen began to travel to different regions of the US and Canada to promote his music and performing live at clubs, open mic nights, and concert halls.

Now, Allen has found himself a home with Spencefrailey Productions, where he has recorded a full length CD that debuted to a crowd of adoring fans on April 17, 2007. In addition to his latest works, Allen is currently developing and collaborating ideas with other artists, producers, and music organizations where he will fulfill his dreams of adding his own style, originality, and craftsmanship rap industry.
