Deconstructing Jim is Jeff Julian (voc/guitar), Matt Yeager (voc/bass), and Brennen Chouinard (drums), all of whom hail from Chicagoâs southwest suburbs. Julianâs abstract style of songwriting mixed with Yeagerâs matter-of-fact form of composing comprise a dynamic that gels emotive parts and passages that rock hard. After a full year of touring, writing and working with new addition on drums, Chouinard, the bandâs rhythm section is tighter than ever thanks to Brennenâs cannon-arm drumming. This is the third release from Deconstructing Jim and has been co-released by Half Empty Records and JIM Records.
