Since I was a young boy I wanted to be either an artist or musician.
The world of art seemed to offer more possibilities as I grew older, besides, I found out early that keeping a band together was not an easy thing to do. So now, after 30 years as a commercial artist and photographer I'm finally living my dream. I do fine art full time and my work is sold throughout the US and Canada.
Through the years, music has always been my escape. I've written a handful of songs and have preformed at art functions when the occasion arose. Now that recording technology is available to anyone with a computer I've been doing more writing and have produced my first CD. It has been incredibly rewarding and great fun, mostly because nobody gets mad and walks out in a one man band!
So I guess life has come full circle. I seem to be back at the beginning, just a whole lot older. But thats ok because this time I'm not wanting ..... just appreciating.
