Eugene Klymko is a singer songwriter whose voice and writings found their humble sensibilities and beginnings in a small town in northwestern Ontario. Small towns are the places of inclusion yet intolerance, frustrations, and the stuff of real life. Fort Frances is the sister town to what has been billed as the coldest spot in the continental United States, International Falls Minnesota, and yet, in this place an awareness and love of music and the arts was fostered. But small towns have their limits and so often do not provide as much opportunity for the young and restless and so Windsor and Essex County became home. School, family, children, real paying jobs, a life-giving career and ⦠the normal things of life filled Eugeneâs days most pleasantly but doing art, writing music, playing and singing for family, friends, church, the local coffee house and open mics always brought added delight. This CD, Moon At The End Of The Road is the first light of a dream that has never been abandoned.
