Hailing from Tampa Bay Florida, Hollowpoint features the strong vocals of bassist Todd Miller, the searing intensity of guitarist Shane Laughridge, and the rock solid workhorse drumming of Tony Wysk. In the year 2007, Hollowpoint proudly presents their sophomore CD, Bait and Switch.

The album kicks off with the pounding drum intro of high energy rocker Empty Fable, ends with the catchy, tongue in cheek title track, and has plenty of fresh surprises in between. Some of the highlights include: the dark complexity of mood thriller Infatuation & the delicately casual ethereal vision Shelter You. Throughout the entire album, Toddâs vocals perfectly capture the mood of each song. The unrelentingly straight forward Hate To See You features the refreshingly unrestrained vocals of drummer Tony Wysk and unleashes a blazing guitar solo that could melt a diamond.

Hollowpoint pulled out all the stops to intensify the recording process. In an unprecedented move, Tony ingested Viagra, Red Bull, and horny goat weed in the studio and pounded the drums until he needed to seek medical attention. (this is not true â do not try this at home kids)
