Liberiaâs new found celebrity, Sundaygardearboy, AKA, Michael Davies, 35, was born on Sunday, and so as the Bassa Custom, his parents named him Sundaygar.

He said this jokingly, âI donât know if they born you on Tuesday, you will be named Tuesdaygar, but for me I was born on Sunday. The popular Liberian Artist who became famous for his politically comic song, âBaboon Want to Become Presidentâ.

The Liberian Artist has another side of his music that doesnât go down well with everybody. When he sang the âEverybody Want to become Presidentâ Album, some people felt he was referring to political opponents of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, but he denied this.

âI wasnât referring to George Weah as people are saying, but we have to admit that this is an African problem for you to see someone in higher position for which he or she is not qualified for. That was exactly what I was referring to in the song.â

Bay jay is the hottest on the new album which he said means âBecause of you.â

Privately, Sundaygar is a reclusive man, who sudden talks but when he does, it comes with abandon Liberian parables. Yet unmarried, but he has a fiancé he says he lives with and they have a daughter together.

Not the typical artist, he holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the AME Zion College in Liberia and also study computer science.
