After over three years in the making, Coologne 15:1, the collaborative effort of David Glass (aka Felix Bly) and Jesse Howard (aka Freddy Flowers), is a testament to their diversity in music production. Unfettered by labeling or genres, this is quite simply an enjoyable body of work. Detroit's Coologne 15:1 continues the tradition of great music by Michigan artists. As their alter egos, Felix Bly & Freddy Flowers often wrote songs after two days of sleep deprivation and while under the influence of a 15:1 blend of Red Bull and Louis the XIII.

Coincidentally the ratio of 15:1 is the stoichiometric or near perfect fuel to air ratio, at which gasoline burns inside an internal combustion engine, often described as the "The Perfect Blend." The enigmatical Coologne 15:1 is the personification of this perfect blend.

"The goal was to create a collection of lasting songs and music that would be provocative to the listener. We wanted the listener to feel as though they had discovered something new. We chose Coologne, obviously a derivative of the word cologne in the groups name because, like the smell of cologne we wanted or music to have a lasting impression on the listener."
