Craig Capdepon and Mark Steadman have been writing songs and making music together for over two decades. Both reside and play music on the Northshore, a community that sits quietly in the pines, just across Lake Pontchartrain from the city of New Orleans. Their unique sound is a blend of folk, folk rock, rock, with a slight coloration from the blues and jazz. The mixture of all of these styles are contained in a collection of ten songs that are all written by the artists. The lyrics address a day in the life of the faithful. A rootsy blend of the acoustic and electric guitars are complemented by skillful passages of slide guitar, dulcimer, and wired electric solos.

The two are backed by John Taylor on bass guitar, Brian Domingues on drums, percussion, and backup vocals, and
Dee Dee Domingues also on backup vocals. Both Taylor and Domingues have played extensively in the New Orleans area. Their skills accent the songwriting style and musicianship of Capdepon Steadman.
