Founded by Shannon âShann B.â Brewer in early 2006, That Ridaâs Clique has had one goal, that goal being simply to reach the streets, youth, and young adults by using one of the most influential genres of music â Hip Hop â with Word and Testimonial Lyrics for the purpose of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Their vision has been to create an atmosphere of praise and adoration and a spirit of thanksgiving for the listener wherever he/she may be in life. Whether in the streets, the church, or in the club â the beats are tight and the message is clear â Jesus lives, He saves, and He wants to set you free.

Organized by two members of Promiseland Church Ministries in early 2006, Shann B. & TCO (The Chosen 1) have had much success with their first and second singles âThe Ridaâs Anthemâ and âFava of Godâ (Feat. Pastor Antoine M. Scruggs & C.D.E.) gaining airplay and the much anticipated release of their full length project entitled âLet Me Hear Ya Hollaâ.

The project features upcoming Urban Gospel Artists Samarra Simmons and Will Wade and Holy Hip Hop Artists CDE.

Since stepping on the scene, the group has opened up for some of Gospelâs brightest and most influential stars to include Kirk Franklin, Patrice Wilson, William Demps, L. Spenser Smith & Testament, & BB Jay to name a few.
