Carlton L. Butts is a flutist/keyboardist who enjoys playing and listening to many different styles of music. He began playing music at an early age. By the time he was 18 he was able to play four different instruments, the flute and keyboard are the instruments he enjoys playing most. He has participated in and won local music competitions, played in R&B, and Gospel ensembles. His first Contemporary Gospel music CD, "It's About Time", has a mixture of new age instrumental, and pop vocal styles. The purpose of this CD is two fold. First, to express God's goodness through "Praise and Worship", and secondly, no matter what the problem God does answer prayer. Carlton believes that as long as the love of Yeshua/Jesus is expressed, the style of music doesn't matter.
