Pianist/songwriter, Amy Ellis, began to explore her passion for music composition writing her first piano pieces at age 6. She continued her study of piano & composition through the reception of a Masters Degree in Music with an emphasis in Jazz/Commercial Music from Florida State University.

Amy has composed and recorded music for jazz programs, relaxation & inspirational settings, and various film & radio projects. Composing only from the heart, Amy has written songs for various vocal artists. She has proven to have a special gift of conveying a message through her lyrics while highlighting the pop/jazz/commercial vocalists' strengths.

In 2006, Amy completed her first solo piano compilation, CLEARING THE CHANNEL. Amy released her second album in October 2006 entitled ONE, 10 original songs that connect people through common spiritual truths and understanding. She regularly performs these songs and other original compositions in and outside of the Central Florida area.

A lifetime student of enlightened thought, Amy studies, applies, & shares the works by many writers of self-discovery, spiritual principals, wellness, and recovery.

Amy is fully committed to share her gifts and experiences to help raise the consciousness of the world.
