Electronic-Ambient music created with wide imagination leading the listener to experience special-focused mood and atmosphere.
3 MP3 Songs
ELECTRONIC: Ambient, EASY LISTENING: Mood Music
Details:
This album comprises three tracks: Trauma, The Storm and Romance which were composed as pieces for the piano at the beginning, but as time went on, an idea developed to record them as instrumental music with an electronic-synthesizer touch. While I recorded them in a home studio, I did not do much to show them to the world to hear it, as I was still studying and composing and recording were a passion rather than destiny. Now that I recorded them professionally in a recording studio (Resident Studios in willesdon green, North London) and ready to reveal them to the world, I must say that I am excited about this prospect of course. While I think that I did a great job with these three tracks, I cannot credit myself unless the public does it for me. Obviously, Romance adopted the romantic period style comprising piano and quartet sounds but ambient elements are still heard such in rhythm. The Storm had to include effects to indicate its name; while a song can indicate its meaning by lyrics, instrumental music to my understanding had such effects to let the listener feel its atmosphere and by this the message will be received more clearly. Not every music lover has studied such exciting dimension but he will have had more hints by such effects but at the same time, wind and rain, words and scream and any other sound or non sound can still be defined as music, at least according to contemporary terms. While musical elements (such notation, rhythm, dynamics, timbre, percussion, instruments, vocal, choir, melody and harmony, style, ornaments motifs and trills, tempo, form, accompaniment, articulation, keys, cadences, syncopation, accent, phrasing, progressions, modulation, structure, genre, counterpoint, duration, texture, expression, density, pitches, technique, characters, dissonance, consonance, sounds, voices, arpeggios, layers and so on) all create musical pieces, they must be used correctly so that the expression of the composer's meaning and intentions arrive to the listener's conscious and ears as clearly as possible and this is what has been done in all these tracks but with great effort which is work of the composer, my work (ps started composing at the age of 12, and playing the piano since I was 7 years old; acquired academic qualifications at Kingston University, South West London). But hopefully also the listener will identify himself or herself with the offered music according to his or her background and experiences; meaning, practise it on his or her own life rather than look for the composerâs intentions and experiences. Each one of us must have experienced a storm of emotions or genuine love, and a trauma whether consciously or non-consciously but one can say that he or she absorbed the name Storm literally and that is absolutely valid and fine. So this is the reason that this music is for the people and for the people who are looking to experience music which would widen imagination and emotional outlet, extraordinary therapy and mood excitation. While Trauma may sound spooky or even frightening to some people, but that was the aim. I hope you all enjoy my music as you as my fans encourage me all the time to create the best I can; also feel free to write your review about my music. Love, Pierre
