The Raptors originate from Devon in England, And were originally set up by Charles M Moore, (The International poet who"s work is well documented on the poemhunter site) after a request to write some publicity material for a local attraction the three masted schooner The Kathleen and May, Charlie decided to record some songs he had written about the local area and with the help of Don Lewis on bass and Paul Lewis on lead guitar The Raptors were born in 2003, Since then they have recorded two albums, Down by the old river, and Cast, Both of which have been received very well, They have also recorded a Christmas single which will be released later this year, Thanks for your interest and support, The Raptors. MEMBER OF THE PERFORMING RIGHTS SOCIETY AND THE BRITISH ACADEMY OF COMPOSERS AND SONGWRITERS.
