PSLAMS 40:3 is my mission and purpose, this is my story and all for His Glory.


I came up from the projects of the West Side of Brownsville, Tx aka Brown Town. Both my parents were Pastors and pretty much the only ray of light in the lives of my two older sisters and I. To some people in todays society they see me and see nothing but a no good thug that wont amount to anything but another kid in a body bag; but God saw so much more than what we could all have ever imagined.

We didnt have many material things, but we were blessed with the knowledge God and His love and salvation. At the age of 9 God spoke His word through a prophet saying that I will be used to minister in a different way that many will hear the word and be brought to God.

I didnt really understand the magnitude of the prophecy or what it really meant. I ended up running with the wrong crew wanting to be like everybody else. Wanting to be accepted like everybody else, to throw the signs up, wear the colors, and be respected like everybody else. I turned from God and got into weed smokin, pill poppin, liquor drinkin, speed takin, and drug sellin to feed my addiction. From then on I was constantly in and out of school, livin up to the name of the game and bringing down many others with me. Maybe like some of you, to me it was suicide to walk the streets alone or even go across town. My gang became my family and my protection and the drugs became my lover that I couldnt let go. Government programs tried and failed like, they didnt understand that they had to change the heart of a man that was tru to the blu. A heart that wanted to live by the gun and die by the gun, a heart that only saw true worth in hustlen, haten and perpetraten to be a real gangsta and not a wanna-be. That was my world.

Suddenly one day it all came to an end my life hung in the balance as my body lay as dead not knowing whether this over dose was gonna be the last of me. By the grace of God I opened my eyes I wasnt dead, I wasnt in a body bag, I wasnt under the influence; I was ALIVE! I made my way to church asked God to restore me and change my life complety. What drugs, gangs, and even government programs couldnt do, in less than half the time my life and my thug heart was changed! Later that week at a talent show God showed me the true potential in my life and for the first time I began to rhyme. This is my calling this is what I must do when I show up in heaven will you be part of the crew?



Not tru to the blu but dead for the red, the red blood He shed, from his toes to his head, His body was broken for all of my sins, and I was forgiven; now I live for Him. Later that week and for the first time I spit out in the mic and started to rhyme, lyrics that broke many hearts at a time.
