As Zuri and the R&B culture simultaneously grew and matured, she felt a desire to unify R&B with the peace and stability she experienced by growing up in a Christian family. Ironically, at one time in her life, she was too shy to even stand before a classroom of peers. Now her music has taken her to headlining major events, plays, and concerts.
