After years of playing bars, pubs and festivals, the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn based Canny Brothers Band have finally recorded their debut self-titled album. It features a collection of traditional Irish and original songs; roots, jamband, and classic rock influences can be heard, immersed in a spirit of improvisation the band is known for. Acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, Irish tenor banjo mix with dynamic rhythms and vocal harmonies in unique arrangements of pub classics like the Wild Rover/Swallowtail Jig and Whiskey in a Jar and CBB original favorites like Forever Yours and Sunshine (Breaking Through).
