My name is joel.
I'm 21 years old.
Avery Pkwy is my solo project. (Yes i write and record everything in my home studio)
My main instrument is not guitar, nor piano, or singing, but drums.
I play the drums for Olivia the band from the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
My heart is to spread truth and joy through creativity of art, whether that be in the form of music, photography, film, or just a hug to someone who need open arms.
This is what i strive for everyday.

History behind AVERY PKWY:
In October of 2005 I started writing and recording music in my bedroom writing songs about my personal expiriences while traveling through this journey life brings me. Later in the year my life was changed forever by Jesus Christ at a church that met off the I5 freeway exit called Avery Pkwy. I named the project after the street name as a symbol of when Jesus healed my stomach and revealed to me the true meaning of hope.
