Dan Anderson currently resides in South Lake Tahoe, CA where he has developed a reputation in the local music scene as dynamic performer, using his vibrant and soulful voice to captivate audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
This 26 year old songwriter has been crafting his technique for many years, beginning his career during his early teens in Kansas City, MO. In these formative years Dan worked hard playing at all-ages clubs, parties, local bars, and about anywhere else he and his band could perform.
As time went on Dan began to feel more and more the irresistible urge to move west and live in a mountain town where he could play his music and enjoy the adventures of outdoor life. In 2004 the timing was finally right and Dan moved to Lake Tahoe. He immediately set out to play gigs around town and has been an increasing presence on the local scene ever since. Recently, local station K-MTN TV began featuring music videos of Dan, creating even more of a buzz about this singer/songwriter and building the excitement for the release of his debut CD, Beneath The Waves.

The album was developed over roughly three years of songwriting and recording. The end result is a collection of songs full of catchy hooks and radio-ready singles that also work together as a whole, bringing a sense of continuity and flow to the album that comes from its cinematic storyline.
