Somewhere in 1994 rising out of the smoke and ruins of groups such as BAD INTENTIONS, RENEGADE GYPSY and TANTRUM were two road seasoned Rockers standing back to back reflecting on their past musical endeavors. They were questioning the path they had been trudging down. Trying to leave a contribution to their trade, but not fade into obscurity with a revolving door of past and present musicians. The two blood brothers of many moons Roger (The Doctor) Morningstar and Carlton (Buck) Taylor crossed paths with an estranged guitar player from VOODOO KISS named John Went. Thus the creation of LOCK & LOAD

Based in Elkhart, Indiana, LOCK & LOAD played the club circuit for years. In 2003 we had a vision to achieve the one goal that, to us, had been so elusive: making an album. One with a style and flavor all it's own, yet containing seasonings of artists of whom we've honed our teeth on. The likes of The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, and Kiss to name a few. So with all of this said, we give you our debut album simply titled "Leather & Lace".
