Chimp are pleased to announce the release of their second album Can't Stop, On Fire - the follow up to last year's critically acclaimed release Lowfer.
Locked away in an old bank vault on the outskirts of a Sussex coastal town (Brighton, England) Chimp have recorded 14 new songs ranging from the epic 'Mir' through to the quiet, sublime, off-kilter beauty of 'Lakeside'.
Described as "oddball" and "gorgeous", Chimp are promoting this album with a series of gigs across the South Coast. We'd like to do some European and American gigs, but have to wait for our singer Laurence's bail conditions to be lifted first.
Can't Stop, On Fire was recorded at Church Road Studios, Hove and produced by Chimp, Julian Tardo and Mat Benzie. It is released on the band's own label Slow Records and available through CDBaby, Amazon and local retailers.
