Planet4 is a fun, pop punk band! Their songs are simple yet thoughtfully arranged. Their music speaks about everything from love, to war and they perform from the heart with a youthful energy and angst that gives todaysâ rock generation something to really rock out to.


BIOS:

Jimmy Keegan - Lead Vocals & 2nd Guitar

Jimmy was born in Belleville, Ontario Canada, a little town of about 37000 people. During his high school years he lived in Montréal and considers himself a Montréaler at heart. At one time, Jim also lived and performed a great deal in Calgary Alberta over a two year period. He now lives in the Toronto area in a community called Streetsville on the west side of town.

Jim also lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, for 3 years. Although he developed allot of relationships with some very good people, life in mid-western America was not in line with Jimsâ vision for his future. So he arrived back in Toronto, Canada in 2003 with the explicit intent on getting serious about the music industry.

Jim is the lead vocalist for Planet4, he writes songs and also collaborates with the other band members to write songs. Heâs a performer first and is passionate about moving his audience in a way that only good rock music can. His gritty/sweet rock vocal is a key component of the Planet4 sound. He and the other members of Planet4 arrange and produce all Planet4 music. His musical influences are bands like âThe Rolling Stonesâ, âThe Beatlesâ, and Rock n Roll pioneer âChuck Berryâ. So like his influences, his goal is to leave a lasting, memorable impression in the hearts of the current generation and the generations to come.


Michel Losier - Bass

Michel Losier or Mike as heâs usually called by his English speaking friends, is the bassist in Planet4. He was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada and speaks fluent English and French. He later moved to Toronto where he went to college (RCC) to become an Electronics Engineer. He was also trained to become one of the few Optechs engineers for the TV/Broadcast lens industry. Being involved and around the entertainment industry everyday has had its toll on Mike (in a positive way). He has been playing bass since high school and canât let the dream of being a career musician go. Lucky for Planet4! With influences like âSoundGardenâ, âRed Hot Chili Peppersâ and âMetallicaâ his rock roots are deeply embedded, and he brings a solid rockin groove to the Planet4 sound.


James Favron - Drums

James was born and raised in the cottony farm fields of Chatham Ontario, and spent most morning getting up at 5:30 am to milk the cows before breakfast, and then reality came back into the picture. James was actually Born and spent most of his time here in Toronto. he started drumming at the age of 5 while living in B.C and played all over Ontario with his church youth team from the time he was 11. he's since been working on his craft trying to master his thing, and looking up to pro's like Travis Barker and Andy Lewis of the Fullblast. honoured to start this music phenomenon with Planet4. If all doesn't work out...he's hoping to get back into the field of professional class clown... see ya on the records kids!!!
