Rick Bockner is a Canadian guitarist, songwriter, and performer. He has a unique and original way of playing acoustic guitar that has earned him audiences in North America and Europe. He has studied the guitar since he was a boy growing up in St. Louis and hearing the folk music and blues that would shape his style.
Plinio Cutait lives in Sao Paolo, Brazil. He began to study classical piano at age 5. Later he began to write his own music and branched out into jazz. His combined gifts of good technique and an expressive heart make his music full and delicate at the same time.
Barbara McDaniel grew up in a home full of singers. Her grandmother sang gospel songs while doing chores, and Barbara continues to open up peoples' hearts with her voice. She rose to the challenge of a vocal part without words admirably and with spirit.
Billy Oskay joined the principle artists with his mastery of the violin to round out the rich sounds of this quartet. Billy has been a recording artist and sound engineer for many years and it was at his Big Red Studio in Corbett Oregon that this recording was made.
