The Redcoat Band hail from Orlando, Florida, and make music which is a mix of 60s beat and psychedelia, 70s classic rock, 80s new wave, 90s britpop and modern indie/alternative.
Lead singer/guitarist Jon Wood is from Newcastle, England, lead guitarist Eion Patterson from Miami FL, Bassist Kenny Fei from New Jersey and drummer Justin Aldridge from Atlanta GA.
The first release from The Redcoat Band, Liberty Tree EP, was recorded in Orlando and gives a taste of what to expect from the full length album when it appears later in the year.
Note: For some reason the CD has been listed as "CD-R" but will play fine on any regular CD players
