Scott Currierâs trio recording reveals an empathetic kinship between three musicians who convey honesty and humility in their offerings. The healing vibration of this music peacefully fortifies the Human spirit, and I deeply admire Scott, Jeremy, and Sean for sharing their wonderful talents, dedication, and focus as they shine true expansive beauty into our world.

BIO
Scott began studying piano at the early age of four when
he began to exhibit a natural ability for the instrument.
As a classically trained pianist, he developed technical
expertise, musicality, and creativity which would prepare
him for his studies in jazz and other genres of music.
Performance is a joy for Scott as can be seen in his charismatic presence on stage and behind the piano. Scott began his professional career at the age of 15 with his own band and at that time was already working with prominent jazz musicians in the Milwaukee area. Scott attended the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire where he played with the countryâs number one ranked collegiate jazz ensemble according to Downbeat magazine. At Eau Claire he recorded several CDâs including the Grammy nominated Harpoon. Scott has had the wonderful opportunity to do clinics and performances with such jazz greats as Michael Brecker, Charlie Byrd, Bryon Stripling,Jerry Bergonzi, Carl Fontana, Lewis Nash, Carl Allen, Benny Green, Stanley Jordan, Brian Grivna, Dick Oates, Maria Schneider, and Michael Andrew. Scott has preformed all over the Midwest and most recently in
China. Scott was nominated for Keyboardist of the Year(2000)by the Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) and has beena featured instrumentalist on recordings by some of
Wisconsinâs finest musicians.
