Made in the mountains indie rock.
14 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Modern Rock, ROCK: Progressive Rock
Details:
This is a solo album, written, performed, and produced by me, Nathan Limbaugh. Some history: I was a Roadrunner Records recording artist, playing drums with KARMA TO BURN (West Virginia instrumental rock). With KTB I was fortunate enough to play shows with KYUSS and CLUTCH, two of my favs. The recording sessions with Steven Haigler in North Carolina were definitely another highlight. Got to meet Bob(future morgantown legend) from the Brain Police.
Leaving KTB was a difficult decision, but one that I am grateful for having made. I do wish I could've been around to play that Kentucky show with Metallica; Rich rubs this in whenever he gets the chance.
Before KTB, I played in a band, with William (KTB guitar), called THE RED OAK CONSPIRACY. Curtis was our singer and he was quite good I might add. We had a fun tour with JADE (Pittsburgh rockers). Rob, last KTB drummer, played with JADE.
Anyway, Before that I played drums in an emo band called ONE and before that I played in a hardcore band called ENCOUNTER. I got to do a short European tour with ENCOUNTER. ONE recorded a record at Don Fury's, NYC. Got to record and tour with Morgantown hero, Jay Demko.
OK, CHAINS IN THE SHED does not sound much like any of the bands I've played in. It would be classified as alternative rock. I played all the instruments on this one, but I'll probably be collaborating for the next release. Please give this record a listen. Check out the website: www.siloh.com
