On their second album they include tracks featuring their guitar, mandolin, harmonica and fiddle duo act, Smiley and the Lovedawg, but also rock up some of the tunes by inviting in members of their folk-rock group, Exit 65.

Steve and I have been playing together since Steve started teaching me guitar over 25 years ago. We started playing at keg parties, campfires, and lakeside get-togethers and still play all those kinda gigs in addition to weddings, coffee-houses, festivals, bars, old folks homes, and just about anywhere folks will listen (we're connoisseurs of the weird gig at this point.) We're lucky to have played with a bunch of our good friends in the folk-rock band, Exit 65, for over 20 years and are just about always in for some jamming with friends old and new. In fact, I think Steve would agree with me in saying that the good people we've met along the way have been the biggest payoff for all the time we've devoted to playing. We've got two CDs out (both available at CD Baby.com) It's too late to turn back now and, for better or worse, I think Steve and I will play together until one of us drops - I sure hope that's a long way off!!!
