Joshua Omotoso (Tomiwa âJosh-Toshâ), the last in the family of five was musically influenced through his fathersâ passion for Hymns, Classical and Jazz music coupled with a strong upbringing and firm Christian foundation. Joshua sprung forth from a family of songwriters and singers hence his natural ability to play various musical instruments and unique gift to arrange music. Although his major instrument is the keyboard; he started playing the guitar at the age of seven.

Blessed to write, sing, play, arrange and produce, Joshua is able to combine traditional African beats in a modern context, displaying his versatility through gospel and jazz sounds. His gift attracts music lovers from across the world, bringing people of various backgrounds and diverse cultures together through his ministration of song and music.

Among the artistes he has produced are: Akin Adebayo (Imole Ayo), Funmi Aragbaiye, Wale Thomson, Bola Are, Bamji Fadehan, Timi Duduyemi, Segun Adebayo, Primate Bayo Adewumi to name a few. He has performed at the Royal Albert Hall along side with jazz guitarist Kunle Olasoju, American jazz artiste Roy Hargrove, and also played with Robin Mark (writer of "days of Elijah") in London.

During his sessions in University, he started the popular "New-Life accapella", organising several concerts that featured artistes such as: Kunle Ajayi, Gbenga Owoeye, Olufunmi, Agboola Shadare, Mike Aremu, Rhema Choreographers, and many others.

He is presently the Music director of Open Heavens Christian Centre, a parish of âThe Redeemed Christian Church of God based in Edgware, Middlesex UK.
