Mr. Ann Peake began as a high school collaboration for a battle of the bands, and took it from there. Former members have gone on to bigger and better things, (well, different things, anyway,) and now MAP is Paul Fauteux and Spencer Leach.

Both members have either finished or are about to finish Bachelorâs degrees, Spencerâs in Arts and Management from Shenandoah University, and Paulâs in English Literature from James Madison University. College men, Mr. Ann Peake produces smart rock for smart people as well as loud rock for loud people, medium-volume rock for medium people, and music at a number of other volumes that virtually any listener is encouraged to enjoy.

Paul is heavily influenced by 90's alternative music, taking cues from bands like Weezer and Better than Ezra as well as the Pixies to form a quirky approach to pop song writing. Spencerâs influences are diverse and numerous, among them Tool, The Beatles, Dinosaur Jr., Aphex Twin, and The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
