A three-year old band from Maryland, the fellas in Of Broken like to think they are the kind of band you want to hug when you meet them, and for multiple reasons. Be it their music, lack of need to shock the nation by wearing womens clothes or the way they interact online or at shows with their fans (and they feel strongly that any fan will attest to that!).

With such a rich musical background collectively, they love writing hooks and putting on a show. Jason, raised on the Beatles and classic rock only to learn to love the groove rock of bands like Breaking Benjamin and Chevelle still strives for pop punk/rock flavor from bands like the All-American Rejects and City Sleeps constantly honing his ability to write catchy songs that mean something, not just to himself and the band, but everyone. Tim, Heath and the newest member Adam all have different tastes too, be it Atreyu for Tim, Tool for Heath, and Primus for Adam; all the elements seem to come together very well in their original catalog. The boys recently made the charts (TOP 50) in the American Idol underground competition - several weeks - and finished in the TOP 20 out of over 4,000 artists WORLDWIDE!

They've been lucky enough to share the stage with bands like Papa Roach (Geffen), Jimmies Chicken Shack (Koch), Cinder Road (EMI), City Sleeps (trustKill), Voodoo Blue (Dcide), Lennex (ft. Phil Ritchie from Rockstar:Supernova) and many great Baltimore bands, too. The boys have played almost up and down the east coast and touched the stage at almot every venue in MD including Rams Head Live, The Recher Theatre, Flectcher's, ESPN Zone and Hard Rock Cafe! Currently on college radio stations across the nation, Of Broken has also been on several radio and cable shows (98 Rock (Matt Davis), DC101 (Roche), LIVE105.7, X106.9, Adelphia Cable, etc...) and with their recent signing to RAPTURE RECORDS, are STOKED to get out to your town and say hi personally :o) FYI, they LOVE cookies...
