The Young Immortals have released their debut album "When History Meets Fiction", this July of 2007.

Over the past six months The Young Immortals have accomplished many of the goals they set for themselves including taking a big step with booking their own National Tour.

The song "The Fever" (available at Apple iTunes) is featured on the Starbucks compilation: "Off The Clock Vol. 1." available in over 6000 stores across America and is the TOP downloaded song off the album! "The Fever" is also in regular rotation on the satellite station XM Radio

The Young Immortals won Portland's Rockstar Mix-It Up Music Competition at the famous Crystal Ballroom in front of a sold out crowd. After Storm and The Balls of the Rockstar Supernova television show performed, the audience voted for its favorite act of the night, giving The Young Immortals the Grand Prize... To record at the famous yet stealthy Kung-Fu Bakery (Pink Martini, The Shins, The Decemberists, Tegan and Sara, Everclear, www.kungfubakery.com) ... and the result is "Where History Meets Fiction"

The Young Immortals have converged like allies on a battlefield. Marching in step, their different styles and histories combine to create an energetic and vibrant rock show layered with personality and conviction. In a musical world dominated by pop-punk and emo, The Young Immortals remind people that rock and roll once had the ability to convey passion and dignity in the same way impressionist painters capture the essence of life. The Young Immortals are thoughtful but not depressive, sing-a-long but not throwaway, and throughout their repertoire, songs are lushly textured by an evocative performance containing an aggressive physical energy that belies the spontaneous forming of the band.

The Young Immortals songs have been recieving many 'spins' on radio stations all over the country. Featured during an interview on Radio Phenix in Caen, France. They are also currently receiving 'spins' on ICR-FM in Cardonagh, Ireland.
