Cinged Blues is proud to announce the release of their debut CD, "Accidental Genius". The new CD showcases the songwriting talents of Cindi Slaughter (guitar, lead vocals) and Jennifer Gluck (keyboard, vocals), and presents a clever mix of folk, blues, rock, and ballads which have been so aptly referred to as "vegetarian lasagna...tasty, satisfying, and not too fattening."

The rhythm section, Charles Gluck (drums, percussion, vocals), and Michael Brown (bass, backing vocals), completes the band, and together the foursome brings forward their own varied musical talents and influences. The CD was produced by Marco Delmar. Marco has won Producer of the Year and Studio Engineer of the Year by the Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) on several recent occasions.

Cinged Blues is a northern Virginia folk/rock band that will mellow your mind, move your feet and bring a big ole' smile to your face. Their repertoire includes other local and famed artists such as Mary Chapin Carpenter, Suzy Bogguss, and Bonnie Raitt. The band's performances are intended to share their songwriting talents with all fans of music.
