Details:
Claude Allaire is well-known musician from Trois-Rivières, Quebec,Canada.
He taught at the Trois-Rivières Public College for over twenty-five years and was instrumental in establishing the program at the College.
Claude is recognized as an outstanding teacher and composer. Upon his retirement from teaching,he devoted all of his energies to composing 16 volumes of original piano compositions and arrangements. These compositions and arrangements are instructional in nature and define certain areas of learning and technique. They are also musically enjoyable as well as challenging and pleasing to the ear.
Claude began his musical studies at a very early age. He studied piano, trumpet, organ, conducting, and pursued his studies at l'Université de Montreal. As a composer and arranger, Claude has written many vocal and instrumental scores in various genres and has received many rewards and accolades from not only the College, but the artistic world as well. He is still an active musician and many of his compositions have been reviewed and published by KEYS ( Clavier) magazine.
