bryannoll has been working with Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC since early 2006, providing music for their Midnight Yoga classes with instructors Edward Vilga (edwardvilga.com) and Mary Dana Abbott. Bryan uses his guitar, along with various electronic devices and software to create soundscapes and grooves that interact with the flow of the instructor and the room uniting all within the moment.

Yoga 01 contains a one-hour session recorded in January 2007's Midnight Yoga Class with Edward Vilga. The music starts with a wordless chant. This mantra repeats and continues throughout as elements swell and fade. Rhythms are introduced at certain intervals to propel the listener. The intensity eventually peaks and comes to rest in a final Savasana meditation.
