'Whiskey'Joe Leadfoot was born in Ontario, Canada - although the year remains a mystery. He now makes his home in British Columbia. He is a true Gemini, being completely ambidextrous. It is said that two of his ancestors were 'twin' female sisters, and Country singers in a small, travelling band many years ago. Their lives were unfortunately claimed by the great flu epidemic of 1918. Although raised on a mixture of musical styles, 'Whiskey' Joe was drawn to Country music as a 'natural', and has written songs and played guitar mostly in that genre. He was a published poet before ever recording any tunes. His likes and preferences are almost universal, from World Class Chess, to Sports, from computers and video games to cooking and baking. He would tell you that he does everyting with the same zest as his music, and rarely finds anything that he does not like to do - or would not try.
