Core Element is a musical endeavor that seeks to explore the realms of electronic music and it's fusion with "the song.
Stylistic influences range from drum&bass and house to hiphop, triphop, alternative rock and jazz/funk.

The love of music and it's many colours is our driving force. We like to poke around in the dark and find a groove that evolves and an arrangement that progresses. It's basically us just having fun with the sounds of music.

It has been a while in the making however, since it had to come with a balance of lifestyle and music business. We also run a music production house for film and television and financially we had to take a giant leap into the deep end of debt and live on the bones of our ass as artists do. But now we are at a state of high yield so stay tuned because the songs are gonna keep comin' baby.

core element are based in Perth, Western Australia.

Composer/producer Ben Chase programming, keyboards and vocals.

They have come from both performance and studio backgrounds since their late teens.
