Sol Invictus is the second full length album released by All Green Lights. This record is deeper, further out, more textured than the previous album. Each song is a tonal poem of sonic colors, utilizing multiple instruments and musicians to create unique experiences that have to be heard to be explained. This album rewards further listens. Sounds range from a human heartbeat in utero, to violins played by a national philharmonic member, to brazilian drums, with trumpets, drum machines, elephant calls, tap dancing and lots of guitars. It blows in like cool winds from the ocean, and drifts away on sunset clouds.
