Blue October was one of the first bands signed to A Different Drum's label, and in 2007 we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the band's first album, "Incoming". This edition has been remastered and features a bonus disc with new remixes, rare demos, and some favorite mixes and bonus tracks from the out-of-print singles! The band now uses the name Blue October UK, as they move forward with their romantic, melodic synthpop sound. Happy anniversary!
"Incoming" was a landmark album for the synthpop underground community in 1997, and it quickly became a popular seller. However, the lead singer, Barney Miller, tragically died before the band could write and record a follow-up. The vocal duties were quickly taken over by the band's current vocalist, Ross Carter. But "Incoming" will always remain a treasure for the fans.
