DAINAVON TUZO - THE STORY

Dainavon Tuzo was born on the 23rd of May 1983, in the beautiful Island of Bermuda to Eugene and Edna-Lynn Tuzo. Dainavon grew up in a musical family. His grandmother and great aunts play piano and organ, father plays bass, cousin plays organ and sisters sing. Musical talent flows through Dainavonâs blood so he could not run away from it. He started playing drums at the age of 2, keys at the age of 11, and saxophone at age 13. He would play regularly at The New Testament Church of God Miracle Temple where his grandmother was the pastor. Even at a young age Dainavon knew that he would become a professional musician.

At the age of 17, Dainavon was accepted into the Berklee College of Music, where he studied for four years. It was during this time that he began to develop a serious interest in music production and song writing. He would often find himself in the practice room for hours, writing and arranging new songs eventually producing his first album at the age of 18. Dainavon graduated from the Berklee College of Music in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Music Business/Management.

In the summer of 2004 Dainavon traveled to Los Angeles were he worked day and night perfecting the craft of music production and song writing alongside some of the worldâs most renowned artist, songwriters, and producers. It was during this period in his life, where he felt the call to ministry, consecrating his gifts and talents to the building up of Godâs Kingdom. During this transition in his life, God gave him a vision, that he would be the one to empower and push people of all ages and nationalities, into living in their purpose.

In Feb 2005 Dainavon returned to his Island home to begin fulfilling the vision that God had given him in L.A. He believed that if God was calling him to a global ministry, then the best place to start was at Home! At this point he launched his production company by the name of Daelight Productions. Dainavon has had the pleasure of playing with some of the worldâs top musicians and artists such as Kirk Franklin, Kurt Carr, Dawkins & Dawkins, Arturo Sandoval, Abraham Laboriel, Josh Groban, and Angela Christie just to name a few. Dainavon has even had the honor of performing for Her Majesty the Queen of England, Elizabeth II.

Dainavon loves the Lord with all his heart, soul, and might. Heâs favourite scripture is Mathew 6:33, âBut seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.â Dainavon believes that having a purpose driven life is having a Jesus driven life. If we acknowledge God in all our ways he will direct our paths. Dainavon has dedicated his life to changing lives and winning souls to Jesus Christ through a high standard of excellent anointed music ministry and true Spirit-filled Worship, so that people are delivered, healed and set free from the powers of Satan.
