FORTH YEER FRESHMAN formed in 1997 out of Denver, Colorado and has been cranking out their brand of ass kicking tunes and questionable content ever since. The national music scene has never been witness to a more decadent display of hedonism and debauchery. Musically, theyâve been compared to the likes of Nashville Pussy, Anthrax, Suicidal Tendencies, Murphyâs Law, and The Dwarves. Live, they have the ability to melt your girlfriendâs panties off and leave you begging for more. In an era of bands who take themselves and their feelings too seriously, FORTH YEER FRESHMAN is a much needed shot in the arm of testosterone-and-alcohol-powered-balls-to-the-wall rock & roll.

This barbaric five piece group is fronted by Aaron Howell, a sexual deviant, who delivers a raw vocal performance leaving many to believe he is the secret love-child of Janis Joplin and Bon Scott. Lyrically, he explores the complex nature of the larger female and the merits of a good rim job. The pounding rhythmic foundation of drummer Ty Blosser and bassist Logan OâConnor keeps feet stomping and eardrums bleeding all night. The bandâs hard edge sound is topped off by rhythm guitarist Jerry Cass churning out melodic and grinding riffs accented by the simple, catchy hooks of lead guitarist Tay Hamilton.

FORTH YEER FRESHMAN has toured everywhere from Brooklyn to Juarez, and continues to hit the road as much as possible. As performers, theyâve paid their dues in bars, saloons and large theatres across the country. As recording artists, they have released a number of EPâs, a seven inch and 2004âs âPsychobabbleâ LP. The group is currently promoting their new CD, âRock Your Boxâ, which is FYFâs strongest and most outrageous release to date that has without a doubt taken the band to the next level.
