From the dusty tobacco fields of Suffield, CT GBNE was formed in the summer of 2005. Consisting of Mike Haines, Warren Craig, and Josh Ballard. I'll answer the burning question. Greatest Band that Never Existed? What does that mean? Consider for a moment that some of the greatest bands in the world will never be heard by you and I. Most bands will only play a few shows and some will never leave their basements/garages. At any given time there are probably hundreds of bands out there that would blow our minds but the bitter reality is that only .01 of these bands will be discovered. It's been great to see people constantly surprised by our music. What a sight it must be to see us take the stage. I guess our image is that we have no image. We don't "sell" it, we play it. I wish we had some cool package of predictable clothes and style but we don't. This is how we roll, take it or leave it. Just listen to the music and stop wondering why Warren doesn't have turn tables instead of drums.
