As an indie-rock trio from London England, you may ask yourself what does this band know about surf culture? Well, we would have to dive into theories such as âthe aquatic ape hypothesisâ for a start which claims man did not evolve on the African savanna but rather along the ocean shores.

Yes, we are all drawn to the ocean, our primordial womb. However, few of us apart from surfers realize this. Tapping into this innate attraction is our artistic imperative as it is through our music we hope all listeners will discover their true home. Like the smiling blue dolphin, we are of the sea.

Hatch has been gigging around London for about five years now; playing every hole in the wall that would let them, including the prestigious âBorderlineâ in 2005. We have also been featured on the radio show Unsigned XFM 104.9 in 2002 and recently on two regional BBC stastions.
