'Live Rayne' was recorded live in Kingston, Ontario, Canada at the Time to Laugh Comedy Club on the evening of August 17th 2006. Itâs a wonderful, eclectic mix of Jenica Rayneâs original songs, performed by Jenica and her talented band, The RayneMakers. This CD includes the single âFasterâ, a bonus track recorded in Nanaimo BC in 2007. Jenica Rayne's music is uniquely her own. She is a passionate songwriter, accomplished guitarist and seasoned performer. Born in picturesque Prince Edward County, an island on the shores of Lake Ontario, Canada, Jenica comes from a long line of professional musicians. Having lived most of her adult life in Vancouver and the Gulf Islands, she now calls Kingston, Ontario her home. She studied jazz guitar and voice at Malaspina University College in Nanaimo BC and has released two critically acclaimed CDâs, 'Hall of Memories' and 'Essential Elements'. Her music has been described as "both raw and brilliant... some gems are best left unpolished" (John P.
