The Atlanta based Majestic Shoe Repair is happy to release their new collection of pop tunes for the well heeled sole. Mark Harper and Ben Price are the craftsmen. Harper writes, sings, and strums. Price records, plays, engineers and produces. Together they've created a majestic mix that breezes, teases, croons, and moves.

Harper has been a recognizable optimist on the Atlanta music scene since the early 80's. Bands include The Bogues (supplying lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Ottoman Empire (with his brother Clay), BluVelvets (with David Michaelson formerly of the Georgia Satellites; named one of the best local releases by Atlanta's Creative Loafing, 2004), and The Optimus Club (with Jeff Adams, Alex McGill, and Rodney Bell). Composer of the indie cult musicals Not Dogs Too Simple and The Slippery Ballerina, Harper's style is diverse. The eleventh full length CD release, Majestic Shoe Repair follows the critically acclaimed 2006 release of The Salmon Song. All albums can be purchased on CDBaby.

Ben Price is a singer, song writer also acclaimed in the Atlanta music scene. Bands include Disguise the Sky and DeadPan Alley. Engineering success includes Twittering Machine which achieved national recognition. Admired by critics and respected by fellow musicians Price owns and operates his own recording studio in Atlanta.

Majestic Shoe Repair is the first collaboration between these two Atlanta musicians.
