At 37 Mike Curley has fast become recognized as one of the most unique singers and rhythm guitarists in recent history amongst his musical piers.


Ironically starting his career as one of the original innovators of house music in his home town of Birmingham, U.K, He played alongside other national acts of the time in england and europe.


Following a period with Hollywood & Maverick Records, he became known in europe as principal singer/songwriter/guitarist for the rock band Clever Bastards, writing two critically acclaimed studio albums and performing on stage with artists and bands such as Dolores O'Riodran of The Cranberries, Foreigner, Styx, Reo Speedwagon, while also playing both major US outdoor venues such as the gorge in the USA, and arenas in europe.


More recently he has gained national attention in the Czech Republic having performed at the 2006 Andel Music Awards (Czech Grammy's) with British drumming legend Alan White (Plastic Ono Band, Yes) performing the John Lennon classic Imagine to over 5-million live tv viewers across central europe.


In the summer of 2006 one of his live solo acoustic shows was syndicated in five separate countries to over 80,000 internet subscribers gaining a recent
contract to host the popular LiveInTheLounge⢠on insomnia radio - recently voted by business week, as one the top three internet radio stations.
